1.    In today’s mechanical era, working class has adopted a stereotype lifestyle wherein entire routine is performed as if it is programmed in computer and executed in a stereo type manner.Over a period of time many people feel like they are victim of their daily routine, feeling stuck or unfulfilled in their day-to-day lives. A daily routine can be comforting and provide structure but it can also lead to boredom, stress and lack of motivation, inspiration and
innovation in life.

2.    With a view to come out of this syndrome it can be helpful to shake things up and introduce some novelty and spontaneity into your life. This can involve making small changes, such as trying a new activity, taking a different route to work, or rearranging your furniture, ambience, or it can involve making more significant changes, such as taking a trip or pursuing a new hobby or career path.

3,    It's also important to prioritize self-care and relaxation. This can involve taking breaks throughout the day to engage in activities that bring you joy or relaxation, such as going for a walk, practicing yoga or meditation or spending time with loved ones.

4.    Additionally, setting goals and working towards something meaningful can provide a sense of purpose and motivation. This can involve setting personal or professional goals, or engaging in volunteer work or other activities that align with your values and passions.

5.    In conclusion, feeling like a victim of your daily routine can be disheartening, but there are steps you can take to break free and find fulfillment in your day-to-day life. By introducing novelty and spontaneity, prioritizing self-care and relaxation, and setting meaningful goals, you can create a life that is more fulfilling and satisfying.
